JUNE 2008 SPORTING CLAYS EVENT
Thanks to all of you that showed up at our june sporting clay
shoot. We couldn't have had much better weather for the event! 22 people
made the trip down to Seneca Hunt club. Some were veterans looking to
home thier skills. Others were first time shooters brand new the the sport.
The course was challenging as usual, and managed to humble many of us.
Congrats to Mike Poehler, who claimed the title for the most clays (63)
killed for the day. All-n-all it was a fun afternoon, and we hope to see
even more of you out there this fall. - Ben Blanco

TRIAL CLUB of ILLINOIS (FTCI) AWARDS |
LaSalle dogs did well this year in
the DOTY awards for Illinois. Twelve awards out of twenty went to
LaSalle dogs. Way to go everyone.
Also honored at last weekend's awards dinner was
2008 inductee into the Bird Dog Hall of Fame, Gambler's Ace In The
Hole, owned by Ed and Donna Janulis.
